Immunopathology and therapeutic immuno-intervention
Mission: Manage a research project entitled “Single domain antibodies for the treatment of Hemophilia A” from a technical standpoint and develop the scientific collaborations required to advance the project. The objectives are to clone, produce, and validate various molecules based on nanobodies (VHH): bispecific VHHs and VHHs fused to coagulation proteins. The objectives also include assessing the half-life of these proteins, their pro-coagulant potential, and their ability to induce immune tolerance.
Main activities: Molecular biology (cloning), cell biology (cell culture, cell transfection), biochemistry (protein purification, ELISA, Western blot), immunology.
