CRC supports “Orange the World” campaign against gender-based violence

02/12/2024

From November 25 to December 10, CRC is taking part in the annual “ALL United” campaign, launched in 2008 by the United Nations Secretary-General, with the aim of ending violence against women by 2030.

Support for this action is symbolized by the color orange, and marked by various actions whose objectives are:

  •     End impunity by advocating and establishing laws and policies that hold perpetrators accountable.
  •     Adopt, implement and finance National Action Plans to end violence against women and girls. These plans define the policy and investment decisions that governments make.
  •     To invest in women’s rights movements, which provide solutions to prevent violence against women and girls.

Thanks to the support of Sorbonne University, the CRC has set up an information campaign for its members.

And until December 10, the color orange is the order of the day, right down to the logo.
