Plateau de Spatial-omics
Lost in the maze of new spatial-omics technologies?
We’re here to guide you through this labyrinth of new possibilities
PRESENTATION
On the Spatial-omics platform, we provide our equipment and expertise for your spatial transcriptomics and proteomics experiments.
Spatial transcriptomics allows the study of gene expression in situ on histological sections. It provides a visual map of transcriptional activity on a tissue sample, helping to better understand, for example, how cells interact and specialize according to their environment.
Spatial proteomics enables the measurement of the expression of several dozen to several hundred proteins simultaneously on a histological section.
Contact us to discuss all aspects of your upcoming spatial project, from feasibility to execution.

EQUIPEMENTS

CytAssist – 10x Genomics
Essential for the Visium protocol, it allows the transfer of probes hybridized to the tissue RNA onto the Visium slide, where the spatial barcodes reside.

GeoMx DSP – nanoString
Enables transcriptional and/or proteomic analysis of regions of interest selected on the basis of morphological markers.

nCounter®️ Analysis System – nanoString
Fast and reliable solution for analysing RNA and DNA from up to 800 targets simultaneously using barcoded optical probes.

COMET- Lunaphore
See the histology plateform (link)
Softwares

Loupe Browser – 10x Genomics
Visualization software providing intuitive analysis features to explore 10x Genomics data (supervised and unsupervised clustering, tSNE, UMAP, spatial visualization of candidate transcriptional signatures, etc.).
Free training.

nanoString analysis solutions
Integrated software dedicated to nanoString data analysis:
GeoMx® Data Center and nSolver™ Data Analysis Support.
