CHICS

DECRYPTING BIOLOGICAL COMPLEXITY,
FROM TISSUE TO MOLECULE

CHICS is a multidisciplinary platform comprising 4 complementary technical facilities that share common expertise in multiparametric technologies.

The platform is open to all CRC members, as well as to laboratories affiliated or not with CRC (Sorbonne University, Université Paris Cité, INSERM), and to private companies.

Providing our users with cutting-edge equipment and high-level expertise.

This includes:

  • Providing access to the instruments.
  • Comprehensive services carried out by CHICS staff.
  • In-depth and personalized training on our equipment and areas of expertise.
  • Personalized assistance for the design and interpretation of experiments.
  • Collaboration with research teams to develop methods specific to their projects.
  • An active technological watch that can lead to collaborations for testing and evaluating new equipment and products.

April 3, 2025

The CHICS platform, with Cedric Delaire and Nicolas Maille invite you to join us for an exclusive seminar exploring how Bruker Spatial Biology’s cutting-edge platforms can expand your research—from bulk multiomics to high-plex multiomic spatial biology and single-cell analysis.

During this seminar, you will get a technology overview of the GeoMx® Digital Spatial ProfilerCellScape™ Precision Spatial Proteomics Platform and nCounter® Analysis System .

April 1, 2025

CHICS, in partnership with AKOYA, invites you to a full day of exploration in spatial biology.

Discover how spatial omics is revolutionizing research and unlocking new scientific perspectives. The program features talks by renowned researchers, inspiring case studies, and an immersive dive into cutting-edge technologies reshaping our understanding of life.

Join us for a day of discovery, exchange, and innovation!

March 20, 2025

Seminar led by CELINE JAIMET (Single Cell Specialist at BD)

AYMERIC SYLVIN (Institut Gustave Roussy)
will also be attending and will present his work:
“High-throughput scRNA-seq as a tool for better understanding immune cell heterogeneity and their contribution to diseases.”
