Our work is part of the development of precision medicine in oncology. We are developing bioinformatics and AI methods to:
- Characterize intratumoral heterogeneity at different scales (tissue, cellular and molecular) and help better understand tumor biology and response to treatment (Axis 1),
- Extract critical information and knowledge from primary data (text, image, NGS) concerning the patient and his or her care pathway (Axis 2),
- Produce multi-scale and spatio-temporal models of cancers and their management, for clinical decision support (Axis 3).
